Family Resource Coordinator

Are you passionate about supporting individuals and families while making a meaningful impact in your community? Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay is seeking a Family Resource Coordinator to promote holistic health—physical, emotional, and spiritual—and help clients navigate community services and supports. 

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Support clients and families in accessing community resources
• Provide social support, informal counseling, advocacy, and outreach
• Deliver short‑term, goal‑focused case management services
• Promote healthy behaviors and self‑sufficiency
• Collaborate with community partners and internal teams
• Track outcomes and meet grant and program requirements

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, community health, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of community‑based experience preferred
• Experience working in multicultural settings 
• Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
• Strong communication, writing, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities

2 Positions are available: one in our Menasha office and one in Green Bay
