You’ll strengthen the systems that support people across the organization. As Orion’s Human Resources Manager, you will lead and maintain the integrity of HR operations. This role ensures compliant, consistent, and people-centered practices across the employee lifecycle. From hiring and onboarding through performance management, benefits, and employee relations, you will serve as a trusted internal resource and guide for staff and supervisors. You will balance structure and judgment—supporting day-to-day HR operations while contributing to organizational development and continuous improvement.
